On 8 July 2019 Mr. Oyama, Charge d’Affaires, met representatives of Japan Deaf Rugby Football Federation and Ghana Deaf Rugby.
They discussed exchanges and cooperation between the two countries for people with disabilities, especially by promoting the exchange through Deaf Rugby.
