Conquerors SC Crowned Champions of 2026 GRCC Regional 7s
Conquerors SC have been crowned champions of the 2026 Greater Regional Rugby Coordinating Council (GRCC) Regional 7s following a strong performance at the University of Ghana Rugby Stadium on 12th September 2026.
The one-day tournament featured six Greater Accra clubs: Conquerors SC, Accra Rugby Club, Accra Majestics, Dansoman Hurricanes, IDAS Sports Club and African Warriors.
Conquerors SC started their campaign with a 21-0 victory over Dansoman Hurricanes before recording a 65-0 win against African Warriors.
Accra Rugby Club also recorded two victories in the pool stage, defeating Accra Majestics 15-10 and IDAS Sports Club 29-12.
In the playoff matches, African Warriors secured third place after a 5-0 victory over IDAS Sports Club. Accra Majestics secured fifth place after a 0-0 draw with Dansoman Hurricanes.
The final saw Conquerors SC face Accra Rugby Club. Conquerors produced another strong performance, winning 40-5 to secure the GRCC Regional 7s title.
